The "Visualization of the Botanika Saroyi Residential Complex" project by BI Group, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, represents a cutting-edge interactive experience developed using Unreal Engine 5. This project employs the latest technologies, such as Ray Tracing, Nanite, and Lumen, providing the highest level of photorealism and detail.

Users can choose between two viewing modes: on a large touch screen or through virtual reality (VR). Each option offers its unique advantages.
